You can always mix things up, try different forms of cardio. If you stick to one form of cardio all the time, you might get bored and lose your motivation. Have some fun with your exercise, if you’re feeling so bored of running, try swimming, dancing or in-line skating. Not only will you get your exercise but you can do them with friends or family for some bonding time as well.
